Fred Faour

Augusta, GA - Promoted to glory on Sunday, January 16th, 2022. Mr. Frederick Lester Faour, 78, loving husband of 50 years to Margie Faour.
Fred was a jack of all trades and a master of everything. He retired from Kendall’s/Tyco as the lead mechanic after 33 years of service. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
Family members, in addition to his wife, include his children: Carolyn Bedi (Avi), Fred Faour Jr., and April McGraw; grandchildren: Wil Carpenter, Neil Bedi, Natalie McGraw, and Bryson McGraw; siblings: Freda Slusher (Gene), Mary Turner, Charlotte Jewett (Mel), Rita White (Leon), and Bill Faour (Tina), and many other loving family members. He is preceded in death by his parents: Albert and Winnie Faour; siblings: Jimmy Faour, Margaret Taylor, Norman Faour, Rosie Long; Sandy Snelson, Doug Faour, Donna Jean Faour, and David Faour.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Meadows Funeral Home, 760 Highway 11 SE, Monroe, Georgia 30655 with Jason King officiating. Interment will be in Corinth Memorial Gardens, 1635 Hwy 81, Loganville, GA 30052.
