Gene was a lifelong resident of Grovetown, GA. He attended church at Belair Baptist, where he was a Deacon.
He is survived by his brother, Steve Morris; brother, Henry Arthur Morris (Tammy); 2 sons, Adam Morris (Leslie) and Joshua Morris; grandson, Logan Morris.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Julia Morris; father, Hershel Morris; mother, Lathy Morris.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Rev. David Brooks officiating.
