Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Friday, May 14, 2010, Mrs. Georgia A. Franks, 77, wife of the late William D. Franks.
Mrs. Franks was a native of Sandy Lake, PA where she grew up, and had resided in Augusta since 2003. She was a military wife, seeing many places in the world. Mrs. Franks was an insurance agent for Independent Life.
Family members include her 15 children: Pat, Nancy, Stephen, Jane, Debbie, Donald, Jack, Peggy, Jean, Linda, Joyce, Jane, David Hamby, the late Sharon, and the late Robert; brothers and sisters: Linda Seiple, Bruce Lytle, Jim Lytle, and Virginia Perotti.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Rev. Richard Swearingen officiating. The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.
