Georgia M. Kerr

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, November 5, 2017, 90, loving wife of 44 years to the late Bob Kerr.

Mrs. Kerr was a longtime resident of Augusta, GA. She was a member of National Hills Baptist Church. Mrs. Kerr loved to cook and her life centered a round her husband, children, family and church.

Family members, in addition to her husband include daughter: Karen Kerr Thornton; sons: Robert A. Kerr, Jr (Vicki), M. Tracy Kerr (Joan); grandchildren: Trey Kerr, Travis Kerr, Trevor Kerr, Amanda Wiggins, David Thornton, Jr., Tara Kerr Matthews, Katelyn Kerr, Caroline Thornton; and nine great grandchildren.

A private service was held. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place. Memphis, TN 38105.
