Gerald Ferron

North Augusta, SC – Entered into rest on Sunday, July 17, 2022, Mr. Gerald Conrad Ferron, 87, loving husband of JoAnn Ferron.

Gerald was a native of Detroit, MI. He retired from civil service, Pan Am, City of North Augusta and operated Ferron Bus Lines. He enjoyed bowling, cruising, and dancing.

Family members, in addition to his wife, include his sons: John McFadden (Carol), Jeffery McFadden (Pam), and Joel McFadden; daughters: Suzanne Bigelow (Andy) and Margaret Ferron; grandchildren: Adam McFadden (Nikki), Jason McFadden, Will McFadden (Lauren), Brandon McFadden (April), Chrysta Bigelow, Sharlee Jenkins (Reid), Cameron Smith, and Joanna McFadden; and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Mark Ferron, siblings, Alice Ferron, Joe Ferron, and Rolland Ferron, and daughter-in-law, Margaret McFadden.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son.
