She is survived by her daughter: Claudia Davison and husband Jimmy of Augusta, GA; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; 4 sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years: Claud Koger Beckworth and son: Claud E. Beckworth.
A memorial service will be held today, September 28, 2013 at 1:00 PM at St. Mark United Methodist Church with Rev. Charles E. Broome officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark United Methodist Church, 2367 Washington Road, Augusta, GA 30904.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
