Evans, GA- Entered into rest Wednesday, March 16, 2016 Mrs. Grace Lily Satcher Collier loving wife of 63 years to Mr. Irwin Ray Collier.
Grace was born in 1933 to Homer and Lilly Satcher in Augusta, GA. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Grace was a faithful member of the First Alliance Church of Augusta, GA for over 50 yrs. During her earlier years, Grace worked for Augusta White Trucks. She loved her Lord and served her church as a Sunday School teacher and Prayer Band Leader. She's finally home!
In addition to her husband family members include son: Joe Collier (Lee Ann) of Millen, Ga; daughters: Cathy Nichols (Ralph) of Martinez and Judy Law of Evans; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; cousins; nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father: Mr. Homer Satcher; mother: Mrs Lilly Hall; sister: Ann Spivey; and son-in-law: Dale Law.
A funeral service will be Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Bob Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
