Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, March 5, 2014, Mr. Harold Mauldin, 85, husband of 57 years to Kaye Mauldin.
Mr. Mauldin was born in Dallas, GA, but lived in Blythe, GA. His career was in the truck parts business. He founded Truck Parts Specialist of Augusta in 1978 and continued working there until his death. Mr. Mauldin served in the United States Air Force for four years. He attended Martinez Bible Chapel and Believers Gospel Chapel with his family.
Family members in addition to his wife include sons: Craig Mauldin (Beth) of Augusta and Barry Mauldin (Nancy) of Augusta; grandchildren: Kara, Brian, Kelly, Abby, Lee, Emily and Kelsey; and brother: Ted Mauldin.
A funeral service will be Sunday, March 9, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor John Bolin officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army at 1384 Greene Street, Augusta, GA 30901.
The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. at
