Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at University Hospital, Mrs. Heather Rosier Joiner, 30, wife of Brian Patrick Joiner.

Mrs. Joiner was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta. She earned her Education Specialist degree from Augusta State and taught at Gracewood Elementary. Mrs. Joiner was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Augusta. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and good friend.

Family members in addition to her husband include her son, Patrick Andrew Joiner; mother and stepfather: Tammy and Tim Hutto; father and stepmother: Billy and Gina Rosier; brothers: Bryan Rosier, Ben Hutto; sister, Haleigh Rosier; paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Worley; maternal grandmother, Doris Pearson; and other family members: Richard and Julia Joiner, Lana and Allan Joiner, Bree and Todd Joiner, Laura Lee and Brad Joiner.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. George Robertson and Rev. John Franks officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jon Blanchard, John Barksdale, Michael Albright, Billy Rosier, Bryan Rosier, Ben Hutto, Chad Shaver, and Matt Fliermans.

Memorial contributions may be made to Generosity c/o First Presbyterian Church, 642 Telfair Street, Augusta, GA 30901.
