Augusta, GA – Mr. Howard Eugene Jones, 75, beloved husband of 47 years to Mrs. Pat Shuman Jones went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Saturday, November 24, 2012.

Mr. Jones was employed by Seago and Wall Electric for 20 years prior to starting H.E. Jones Electric for the next 27 years. He was a Little League Baseball Coach at Masters City and an avid outdoorsman. Mr. Jones was an active member of Crestview Baptist Church and the T.W. Street Sunday School Class.

Family members in addition to his wife include sons: Gary E. Jones (Charlotte) of Grovetown, Adam D. Jones of Evans and Pastor J. Kevin Jones (Marzella) of Martinez; daughter: Robyn J. Morris (Sam) of Evans; grandchildren: Lauren, Melanie, Gracie, Raegan, Adam, Jr., Aaron, Korde, Hunter and Amber; great grandchild: Wesley; and brother: G.T. Jones (Betty Jean)

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Crestview Baptist Church, 2632 Mike Padgett Highway, Augusta with Pastor J. Kevin Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Larry Johnson, Ricky Morris, Jonathan Williams, Doug Brooks, Danny Shook and Grayson Wood. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of T.W. Street Sunday School Class.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to The Broad Street Ministry Center at 20 Broad Street Augusta, GA 30901.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at
