Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Friday, February 10, 2012, Mr. Howard Wayne “Bop” Sullivent, 63, husband of 43 years to Mrs. Billie Jo Sullivent.
He was a native of West Point, NY and lived in Augusta since 1985. He was a Vietnam War era veteran of the US Army. Mr. Sullivent was a graduate of Butler High School and earned his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Southern Tech Institute. He was Co-owner of Sullivent, Inc. for 27 years and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Family members in addition to his wife include daughters, Heather Sullivent Buchanan, Nancy Sullivent Burrell and husband Phil, grandchildren: Justin Ray, Tyler Keip, Madison Burrell, Kylee Burrell, Zoe Burrell, brothers: John R. Sullivent, Robert A. Sullivent, many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by parents, James and Ramona Sullivent.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 13, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Dr. Gordon Robinson and Rev. Steve Patteson officiating.
