James Edwin Waldron, Sr.

Augusta, GA – James Edwin Waldron, Sr., 81, went to be with the Lord November 11, 2015. He retired from the United States Army and was a business person. He continued to be the devoted husband of Helen Lydia Kelsey-Waldron, and a loving father of Diane Elaine Waldron-McGee and husband Phil, Brenda Lee Waldron-Ferrell and husband Doug, James Edwin Waldron, Jr. and wife Robin, and Karen Lynn Waldron-Adams and husband Keith. He loved his family more than life and found his Lord Jesus in mid-life and remained his forever.

His is survived also by nine grandchildren, Robert Sanders, II, Jason Sanders, Jeremy McGee, Kayla McGee; Nannette Ferrell-Melamed, Stephanie Ferrell- Jacobs; James Waldron, III; Brian Adams, and Kelsey Adams. Seven great grandchildren; Josephine Sanders; William, Griffin, and Elizabeth Sanders; Henry, and Sam Melamed; and Lewis Jacobs. His loving sister, Catherine Waldron; and many nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service with military honors will be held at Westover Memorial Park.
