Martinez, GA – Entered into rest Friday, September 28, 2012, Mr. James L. Fishburn, 69, husband of Mrs. Jutta E. Fishburn.
Mr. Fishburn was a member of Central Church of Christ. He was also a member of VFW #3200.
Family members in addition to his wife include sons: Jimmy D. Fishburn and wife Michelle of North Augusta, Matthew Fishburn and fiancé Christy Lawrence of Augusta; nine grandchildren; and sister: Dorothy Glidewell and husband Sam of Kansas City, MO.
A memorial service with Military Honors will be held Monday, October 1, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Scott Patterson officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society at 2607 Commons Blvd, August, GA 30907.
