Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, James Lunus Price, 96.
James was a native of Augusta, GA. He was a lifelong member of Curtis Baptist Church. James proudly served in the U.S. Army Infantry during WWII. He then worked at McKesson & Robbins in pharmaceutical sales, retiring after 44 years. Not able to sit at home James then sold real estate for 33 years , mainly with Jim Courson Realty before retiring a second time at age 95.
Family members include his daughter Kaye Palmer and her husband Michael. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Margaret Price and his parents Simon and Willie Price.
Services will be private.
