Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, June 5, 2017, Mr. James V. (Jae) Stachowiak, loving husband of 60 years to Marlene Stachowiak.
Mr. Stachowiak retired from the Army Signal Corp and co-owned with his wife the Jae-Mar-S Academy. He was a member of MENSA International. He had three degrees all from Augusta University, Georgia Military College, and St. Mary’s of Texas.
Family members, in addition to his wife, include his sons: James J. and Mark Z. Stachowiak; and grandchildren: James Michael, Jonathan, Joscilynn, and Joshua.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alliance of Therapy Dogs at www.therapydogs.com , or to the Alzheimer’s Association, 106 SRP Dr., Suite A, Evans, GA 30809, or to Martinez United Methodist Church, 3614 Washington Rd, Augusta, GA 30907.
