Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, July 5, 2011, Mrs. Jane G.Stephens, 66, wife of Mr. William P. Stephens, Jr. (Bill).
Mrs. Stephens was a native of Clyde, KS. She was a member of Curtis Baptist Church. Mrs. Stephens was retired from Gracewood State School and Hospital. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Stephens was loved by those that knew her.
Family members in addition to her husband include daughters: Sandi Brannon (Steve) of Griffin, GA and Maria Stephens of Evans, GA, grandchildren: Heather and Tyler, great-grandchild: Kaden, brother: George Mahon, sisters: Nancy Zrubek, Kathy Dahl (Duane) and Margie Mahon, numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Stephens was preceded in death by her daughter: Stefanie Dian Stephens.
Graveside service will be held Friday, July 8, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Sherrell Dunn and Dr. Mark Sterling officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation (serving GA and AL), 2951 Flowers Rd S Ste 211, Atlanta, GA, 30341-5533.
