Dr. Jason Perry was a current resident of Rentz, GA. After graduating from South Gwinnett High School, Jason completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at the University of Georgia and his Doctorate of Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his Internal Medicine residency, served as Chief Resident, and completed his fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Perry then served as Assistant Professor of Allergy and Immunology at the Medical College of Georgia/Georgia Regents University from 2006-2014. In 2014, he joined the Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Center in Macon, GA.

Dr. Perry was a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and a member of the Georgia Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He was Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology.

Jason enjoyed spending time with his family on their farm in Rentz, GA. He was a UGA Bulldog fan and also enjoyed playing golf. He was a member of Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church.

Family members include daughter Ella and son Jack Perry of Evans, GA; parents Randall and Kathy Perry of Grayson, GA; sister Jill Trumble, MD and her husband Jon of Savannah, GA; and mother of his children Amber Perry, DMD of Evans, GA.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Greg Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, Georgia Regents University, 1120 15th Street, Augusta, GA 30912.
