Jeffery Adam Foster, 54, of Augusta, Ga passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 27, 2023.
He was born on March 22, 1969, to Dickie Foster and Linda Nyborg in Decatur Alabama. He grew up in Virginia Beach, Va. He was raised with the help of his loving step-parents Judy Foster and Larry Nyborg with his brother Scott always keeping him on his toes with his antics and pranks. Jeff loved Alabama football more than anything else in the world besides his loving family. He always said he bled crimson and loved attending the University of Alabama where he met his best friends to this day. Jeff was a very kind soul. He showed compassion to everyone he met including his many pets over the years, but his best quality was his infectious laugh and smile. It was impossible to not feel joy when he was in the room. He loved fiercely and treasured the 31 years he was married to the love of his life, his wife, Jenny. He doted on Jenny not only as they celebrated their wedding anniversary but also the anniversary of when they became an official couple. His daughter Hannah was his pride and joy in his life. Jeff gave Hannah support and taught her the importance of good music. She will cherish their relationship always. He will be incredibly missed by every person whose life he touched.
Jeff is survived by his in-laws, Jon and Susan Simowitz, his mother and stepfather Linda and Larry Nyborg, his father , Dickie Foster, and his older brother, Scott.
Jeff is preceded in death by his stepmother Judy Foster and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for people to celebrate his life by enjoying some of Jeff’s favorite pleasures, Reese’s peanut butter cups, Alabama football, and the amazing music of the Grateful Dead.
