Jeffie "Lou" Maddox

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, Mrs. Jeffie “Lou” Maddox, 75, loving wife of Mr. Elbert A. Maddox Jr.

Family members in addition to her husband include her daughter: Rebecca Henderson (Auggie); son: Joseph Maddox; grandson: James “Jack” Henderson granddaughters: Kalynn Maddox and Ryan Henderson; sisters: Sammie Center, Judy Chalker (Larry) and Bonnie Faglier (Tracey). She was preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Willie Mae Eaton and sister Anita Hahn and Janie Hamby.

Lou was born in Greenville, South Carolina but was a longtime resident of Augusta. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Lou will be missed by all who knew her.
