Jill Wintrode

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Sunday, October 6, 2024, Mrs. Jill Ellen Wintrode, age 54, loving wife of Brian Wintrode. 

Jill was a graduate of Penn State University and an avid Penn State Football Fan. Aside from raising her three children, Jill was also a giving and selfless “Ms. Jill” and “Momma Jill” to countless athletes and friends. Jill loved joining friends at Pensacola Beach and watching the Blue Angels.

Family members, in addition to her husband, include her children: Emily Wintrode, Braden Wintrode, and Madison Wintrode; father: Dean Hartlaub (Kim); and sisters: Sherry Zeigler, Denise Trimmer, and Jan Hartlaub. She is preceded in death by her mother, Theresa Hartlaub. 

A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor Bobby Smith officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 P.M., at the funeral home.
