Family members include his sons: Wayne Samuel Bailey and wife Stephanie and Steven Lee Bailey and wife Melissa; grandchildren: MeiLynn Bailey, Elijah, Everett, Owen and Linnea Vinke.
A private graveside service will be held at Westover Memorial Park.
