He attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for both undergraduate studies and medical school. He also served as a flight surgeon in the United States Air Force. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him best. He greatly enjoyed the company of his friends, had a well-honed sense of humor, was a great teller of good (and bad) jokes and serial emailer of jokes and humorous stories to his friends and family. He was a passionate golfer and dedicated student of the game’s finer points, and taught all his kids how to play the game, whether they liked it or not. He greatly enjoyed family trips and was a pleasure to travel with on all such occasions.
