Augusta, GA – Mr. John Jacob Scott, 74, entered into rest Saturday, May 8, 2021.
John was a 1964 graduate of Butler High School. He retired as a plumber and enjoyed bird watching and fishing.
Family members include his brother: Mike Scott, Sr. (Genie); sister: Sheila Phillips; nephews: Mike Scott, Jr. (Gena) and Matt Scott; and niece: Lindsay Burnett (Dan). He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Dorothy Scott, daughter, Jennifer Brooke Scott, and sister, Judie Scott Taylor.
Special thanks to this nephew, Matt, for being an exceptional and dedicated caregiver during his battle with cancer.
The graveside service will be private.
