Joseph H. McKeown

Entered into rest on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, Joseph Henry McKeown, age 73.

Joe was a native of Augusta, Georgia. He graduated from Augusta College with a BA degree in history and political science. Joe was an avid bowler, an active church member at St. Andrew Presbyterian, and a past member of the Augusta Coral Society. After twenty years Joe retired from Carole Fabrics,  Inc.

Family members include numerous cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held Monday, December 18, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church with Pastor Ed Rees officiating. Burial will be private.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 3551 Wheeler Road, Augusta, GA 30909 or to a charity of your choice.
