Evans, GA – Entered into rest on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, Mr. Joseph James Turner, 51, loving husband of Stephanie Forrester Turner.

Joe was a lifelong resident of Augusta. As an outdoorsman he especially loved hunting and fishing. Joe also enjoyed cooking and grilling out and being surrounded by family. He was a loving and devoted son, husband, father, and grandfather, he will be missed by all who knew him.

Family members in addition to his wife include his sons: Joseph J. Turner II (Yara), Jacob Turner; granddaughter: Luna Turner; parents: Richard Williams and the late Brenda Williams and James Turner; siblings: Steven Williams, James Turner; sisters: Ashley Goss and Maraya Jenkins; two very special sisters-in-law: Wendy Reece (Rusty), Ami Beck (Jason) and many other loving family members.

A graveside service will be held Monday, October 25, 2021, at 12:00 P.M. at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Greg Porterfield officiating.
