Judith Crickenberger

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, April 14, 2022, Judith “Judy” Rainwater Crickenberger, 77, wife of Ben W. Crickenberger for 56 years.

Judy was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church and was a member of the senior Sunday school class. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Judy was proud of her work as an LPN for Dr. William Meeks and Dr. Robert Schilling before becoming a homemaker. She loved the ocean, hummingbirds, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Family members in addition to her husband include her daughters: Staci Crickenberger Caudill (the late Michael Caudill), Courteney Crickenberger Mihalchik (Joseph Mihalchik); granddaughter: Chloe Caudill and many other loving family members. She is preceded in death by her parents: Andrew Jackson Rainwater, Vivian Palmer Rainwater; and her brother: David Lynwood Rainwater.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Floyd Harrison officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Joseph Mihalchik, Brad Foster, Ethan Foster, Glen Purvis, Joshua Purvis and Russell Schneider.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Woodlawn Baptist Church, 4943 Columbia Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813.
