Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, May 15, 2017, Mrs. Judy Sutton, 72, wife of Mr. Gary W. Sutton.

Mrs. Sutton was a native of Kalamazoo, MI but lived in Augusta, GA for many years. She was a faithful member of Hephzibah United Methodist Church and a member of the choir for over 30 years. Mrs. Sutton loved music and was a devout Christian. She worked as an executive secretary for the Assistant Dean to the School of Business at Western Michigan University. Mrs. Sutton was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed reading and watching sports of all kinds and was an avid Braves Fan.

Family members in addition to her husband include sons: Mark Sutton and wife Jodi and Michael Sutton and wife Sheryl; grandsons: Nathan Sutton, Joshua Sutton, Brian Sutton and Christopher Sutton; sisters: Jean, Carol and Sandra and brother: Jim. Mrs. Sutton was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be Friday, May 19, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Hephzibah United Methodist Church with Pastor Dan Wilson and Pastor Gary McWhoter officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hephzibah United Methodist Church, 4431 Brothersville Road, Hephzibah, GA 30815.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 A.M. in the Family Life Center at the church.
