Julian Haley Roberts, III

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Friday, December 29, 2023, Julian Haley Roberts, III, 53, loving husband of Lisa N. Roberts.

Julian was a native of Augusta, Georgia. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1992, where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering. He was formerly a Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo Advisors. He was president of Roberts-Augusta, Inc.  Julian was a member of the Augusta Country Club, Sportachica, the Heritage Club, and the Augusta Assembly. He enjoyed fishing, playing golf, and gardening; particularly tending his prize-winning camellias. Julian had a brilliant and creative mind that enabled him to bring to life most anything he could imagine. He could fix anything and loved to do projects forfamily and friends. His greatest joy was being a father to Grace and Ruth.  

Family members in addition to his wife include his daughters: Grace and Ruth Roberts; parents: Julian Haley Roberts, Jr. and Martha W. Roberts; brother: Michael P. Roberts; and numerous extended family members. 

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Trinity on the Hill with Rev. Scott Hearn and Rev. Roy McVeigh officiating. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Tom Blanchard, Braye Boardman, Alex Brand, Ken Cone, Bill Hollingsworth, John McElderry, Rich Slaby, Banks Tate, Faulkner Warlick, and Richard Welsh. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Gorelick, Richard Slaby, III and the members of Sportachica.
