Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, February 26, 2014, Mrs. June Iris Eidson, 81, wife of the late Edwin T. Eidson.
Mrs. Eidson was born in Woodlands, Yorkshire, England. She was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Eidson was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and was affectionately known as “Mimi”.
Family members include son: Jimmy Eidson (Vonnie) of Grovetown; daughters: Linda Eidson of Augusta, Kathleen Allgood of North Augusta; grandchildren: Mollie Kate Holmes (David), Allyson Eidson, Emily Perdue (Brandon), Trey Eidson, Logan Eidson, Trace Allgood, Evan Allgood; great grandchildren: Colten Holmes, Brandon Perdue, Thatcher Holmes; brother: Edwin Muddiman (Teresa); and nephews: Edwin, Lee, and John Muddiman.
A graveside service will be Saturday, March 1, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. in Bellevue Memorial Park. There will also be a memorial service immediately following the graveside at 11:00 A.M. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church with Rev. Ed Rees IV officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the South Carolina Autism Society, 806 12th St., West Columbia, SC 29169 or to St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 3551 Wheeler Road, Augusta, GA 30909.
