Kathy B. Dodson

Martinez, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, Kathy Berry Dodson, 87, wife of the late Gerald Kenneth Dodson.

Kathy was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church. Her faith and family were her priorities. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Kathy also enjoyed traveling and gardening. She was a devoted wife, mother, and Nana, who will be missed by all that knew her.

Family members include her daughters: Debbie Gahman (Merv) and Janet Cartledge (David); grandchildren: Katie Davis (Jeff), Anna Matthews (Zack), David Cartledge, Nicole Cartledge and Dylan Cartledge; great grandchildren: Easton, Hudson and Yo Davis, Owen, Katy Jane and Henry Matthews; brother: Bill Berry; and sister: Flo Mundy as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents: Thomas and Nellie Berry; brothers: John Berry, Jim Berry, Tom Berry and Burke Berry.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Ed Rees officiating.
