Augusta, GA – Mrs. Kemmie J. Wilcox, 82, entered into rest Monday, May 16, 2016. She was the loving wife of 57 years to the late Mr. Earl T. Wilcox.
Mrs. Wilcox was a native of Augusta, GA. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Mrs. Wilcox enjoyed the outdoors, sitting in the sun, camping and traveling. She was a faithful military wife, moving various places with her husband and children. Salsa’s Mexican Restaurant was a favorite destination of Kemmie and Earl.
Family members include sons: John Wilcox and wife Nina and David Wilcox and wife Donna; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; brothers: Gradean Mixon and wife Sheryl and Billy Mixon and wife Trudie; and many other loving family members.
A graveside service will be Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Westview Cemetery, 11:00 A.M., with Rev. Tom Kalliokoski officiating.
