Kenneth Wayne Bolin

Entered into rest on Thursday, February 27, 2025, Kenneth Wayne Bolin, 73, husband of the late Ruby Bolin.

Kenneth loved to go to church, he loved the Lord with all his heart. He was a member of Full Gospel Church in Pontiac for 25 years. He was also a member of B and L Congregational Holiness Church since 2006. He spent his days helping others in any way that he could. He was a hard worker and a jokester. He enjoyed going to car shows and watching westerns. He loved to drink his Diet Dr. Thunders. Even though he was a double amputee, he did not let that slow him down. He was dedicated to God, loved his family, and his church family. His famous saying was, “It’s been good to be in the house of the Lord”. 

Family members include his sister: Kathy Garner; stepson: Michael Boulware; Stepdaughter: Sherry Ayers (Billy); many step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph Bolin and Stella Lee; sisters: Cindy Lee and Doretha Henderson (Buddy); brother: Bobby Bolin (Gene); stepsons: Ricky Todd and Andy Boulware; and stepdaughter: Susan Priebe. 

Kathy, Sherry, Billy, and Michael would like to give many thanks and love to all of the people, including their church family as well as his neighbors, that have shown love to Kenneth. They would also like to give their thanks and love to Tammy and Mrs. Carrie for all of the love and care that they showed Kenneth. They were his rock. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at B & L Congregational Holiness Church, 255 Dickert Drive, Batesburg, SC 29006. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions are made to the church building fund. Contributions may be mailed to Belinda Anderson, 609 N. Lee Street, Leesville, SC 29070.
