North Augusta, SC – Entered into rest Tuesday, March 1, 2011, Mr. Kevin Cast, 47, son of Mrs. Carole A. Hope of Martinez.
Mr. Cast was born in Karlsruhe, Germany and had resided in North Augusta for the past four years. He was a member of Advent Lutheran Church. He loved his dogs: Heidi and Deiter. He also loved to fish and hunt.
Family members in addition to his mother include his sister, Kerri Crawford (Charles) of North Augusta; close friend and caregiver, Dennis Hendrickson of North Augusta; and daughter, Katie Werk of Michigan. He was predeceased by his father, W. Gene Cast and his stepfather, Alfred “Bud” Hope.
A graveside service will be held Friday, March 4, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Pastor Matthew Lash officiating. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Advent Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends at the church following the memorial service.
