Augusta, GA – Ms. Kristen D. Douglas (Story), 35, resident of North Augusta, entered into rest Friday, January 11, 2019.
Kristen was a childhood resident of Evans, GA. She is survived by a daughter: Layla; a son: Shane; and their father: Daniel Douglas; her father: Daniel Story, Jr.; her mother: Gail Miller; and sisters: Adara and Trina Story; as well as many extended family members and friends.
Kristen was a loving and devoted mother. She found fulfillment in life and happiness through her children and the gathering of friends.
A celebration of life service will be Thursday, January 17, at 6 PM, at Wesley United Methodist Church, 825 N. Belair Rd., Evans, GA, with Rev. Greg Porterfield officiating. A celebratory reception will be held immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Douglas Children Education Fund, care of Adara Story, at Navy Federal Credit Union.
