Lillie Beazley O'Tyson

Lillie Beazley O’Tyson, 82, entered into rest with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 12 2012. Mrs. O’Tyson, a native of Augusta GA, was a member of the Trinity Bible Class at First Presbyterian Church of Augusta where she glorified God in many church activities. In 1965, Mrs. O’Tyson was chosen as Woman of the Year by the Junior Women’s League. Lillie was a true ‘servant’ to all those who knew and needed her.

Family members include her beloved husband of 60 years , Elbert Jack O’Tyson; daughters Beverly Majanovic and husband Mahi of Martinez, Barbara Aton and husband Keyes of Grapevine Texas; son Elbert Jack O’Tyson, Jr. of Martinez; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 11:00am at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. George Robertson officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
