Evans, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, May 8, 2013, Mrs. Linda J. Dye, 68, wife of the late Rowland A. Dye.

She fought cholangiocarcinoma (cancer) of the bile ducts that spread to the liver for over a year and fought with everything she had. She took care of everyone before she took care of herself. She was a very loving person and always looked at the positive. Mrs. Dye loved her family, enjoyed decorating and shopping, and had a personal relationship with God. The Lord blessed her with a second chance of love with Bill.

Family members include son: Danny Harris and wife Dawn; daughters: Truett Wilson and husband Mike of Augusta, Lisa Harper of Chickamauga, GA; grandchildren: Justin Harris, McKenzie Wilson, Isabelle Wilson; many great grandchildren; sisters: Sue Ellen Touchton, Virginia Gouge, Judy Zarzour; brothers: John C. Ward, Walter David Ward; friend and companion: Bill Beazley.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Don Touchton officiating.
