Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Roy Walter Langner, Sr., 90, husband of the late Ernestine E. Langner.
Lt. Col. Langner was born in Milwaukee, WI., but had resided in Augusta for the past 56 years. He was a World War II, Korean and Viet Nam veteran having served with the U. S. Army Signal Corps.
Family members in addition to his late wife, Ernestine E. Langner include: son; Roy W. Langner, Jr. of Andrews, NC, daughter; Ulrike “Ricki” Perdue of Augusta, grandchildren, Paden Cole Langner, Christopher Lee Perdue & good friend Sharon Webb
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Gerald Ragan officiating.
