Martinez, GA -- Entered into rest on Saturday, March 19, 2022. Mrs. Lynette Kelleher, 62, wife of Timothy E. Kelleher.
Lynette was a bookkeeper for TEK Home repair, a successful self made business she supported with her husband. She also spent 20+ years in the banking industry where she embraced her love for numbers and finance. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who was dearly loved by all. Her love and enjoyment of spending time with her grandchildren was truly the light of her life. As a grandmother she somehow always lovingly ensured that each child had exactly what they wanted and had the words of wisdom that they needed to hear. Her quick witted, independent spirit with a sarcastic sense of humor, and gift of lovingly telling it like it is will always be remembered and shared in the stories we will recall. She was a mentor to some, a friend to many, but generous to all. She was the rock and guiding light for our family and her beautiful faith and unwavering courage will live on in our hearts forever. Lynette, mama, grandma we love you and will always miss you.
Family members in addition to her husband include her son and daughter-in-law Brad and Brandi Underwood of Warner Robins, her daughter and son-in-law January and Mark Menees of Anderson, her daughter and son-in-law Jacquelin and Jason McCombs of Grovetown, her stepson and daughter-in-law Brandon and Elizabeth Kelleher of West Palm, 6 grandchildren Michael McCombs, Kinsley Menees, Brielle Underwood, Brian Underwood, Ethan Menees, and Brody Underwood, her brother Dwayne Wheatley (Donna) of Martinez, 4 brother-in-law's and 4 sister-in-law's all of Georgia, and 13 nieces and nephews. Lynette is predeceased by her mother Alta Grammer Wheatley Powell, her father Joellyn Wheatley, and her sister Janet Wheatley Blackstone.
