Augusta, GA – Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at University Hospital, Mrs. Lynn Reed Luckey, 51, wife of W. Lloyd Luckey.
Mrs. Luckey was a native and life long resident of the Augusta area. She graduated from North Augusta High School. She soon became the office manager of Dr. Terrence Cook for 18 years. After the birth of her son Cole, she became a partner in Southland Distribution. She was a member of Warren Baptist Church and a member of “The Nest” Sunday School class.
Family members in addition to her loving husband, W. Lloyd Luckey include her son; Cole W. Luckey, sisters; Jackie Harrell (Ronald), Debra Derwin (Leonard), Wanda Reed, brothers; Danny Reed, Joe Reed (Alison), Carl Reed (Denise), a number of nieces and nephews, grandfather; Harry Foss, and mother-in-law; Joyce Luckey. She is preceded in death by her parents: John & Bertha Reed, and grandmother; Ann Foss.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 19, 2010, 2:00 P.M. at Warren Baptist Church with Rev. Lane Lowery officiating. Interment will be at Westover Memorial Park.
