Thomson, GA –Magda Brigette Biernatzki beloved mother, grandmother & friend was born May 12, 1943 in Germany & passed away on July 12, 2023.
Maggie as she was known to all her friends and family was a long-time resident of Thomson Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents Artur & Elisabeth Lingnau Biernatzki. Maggie leaves behind her son, Thomas, his wife Danielle, granddaughter Addison and grandson Kaegan.
Today is not a sad day, it is a day of remembrance. After touching so many hearts over the past 80 years, my mom Maggie as most of you knew her, has received her wings and has made her final journey.
Maggie was my anchor, my drive in life, even when I gave up she would push me on. Her love and devotion made me the man, husband and father I am today. I will miss her dearly, but I know she will continue to guide me, her friends and loved ones from a new view above with no pain.
God has a purpose for all of his children, so as we remember Maggie and let her go, she is all smiles looking over the big garden of plants that she can nourish for eternity.
