Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, December 22, 2012, Mr. Marcus A. Reeves, 48, husband of Mrs. Arlene Reeves.

Marc was a graduate of the Academy of Richmond in 1982 then attended Southern Polytechnical Institute. He worked as a surveyor for Josh Lewis, Sr. Surveyors Co.; Cranston, Robertson and Whitehurst, Wilson Miller, Toole Engineering, Lawson Graham and Bobby Herrington. Marc was currently working for Plunkett Heating and Air as a technician. He was a member Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church and a founding member of Love Unlimited. Marc was a wonderful father and husband. He loved the outdoors and hunting.

Family members in addition to his wife include son: Seth H. Reeves; daughters: Sara L. Reeves and Mary Elizabeth Reeves; parents: Jim and Joy Reeves; sister and brother-in-law Leigh and Lee Wiley; nephews Robert Wiley, William Wiley, Jackson Wiley, and Harrison Floyd; and sister-in-laws: Rebecca and Selina Floyd.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Cash, Rev. Greg Hatfield and Rev. Roy McVeigh officiating.

The family request that in lieu of flowers charitable donations be made to Love Unlimited c/o Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church 1330 Monte Sano Ave, Augusta, GA 30904.

The family will receive friends following the service Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church.
