Margaret Ann Mobley

Margaret Ann Mobley, daughter of the late J. Walker Harper and Margaret Ann Harper, entered into rest early Wednesday morning, May 8th, 2024. 

Margaret Ann was a lifelong native of Augusta, Georgia. She graduated college from the University of Georgia with a degree in social work. She worked many jobs helping others and retired as secretary for the office of Trinity on the Hill Church. When she was not working, she loved spending time at Folly Beach with her family.

Margaret Ann was preceded in her death by her husband, G. Walker Mobley, Jr. and her sister, Mary Walker Norman. She is survived by her sons Walker Mobley and John Mobley (Jennifer); grandchildren: Kian Mobley and Dax Mobley; brother: Jay Harper (Pat); and sister: Meme Asserson. 

The graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 15th at 11:00am at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Roy McVeigh officiating.
