Port Orange, FL – Mrs. Margaret “Peggy” Ann Vaughan McKinney, 80, entered into rest Friday, December 9, 2016 at Halifax Hospital, Daytona Beach, FL. A native of Portsmouth, Virginia, Peggy was born February 5, 1936, the daughter of the late Gordon Leigh Vaughn and Margaret Elizabeth Dozier. Peggy was a retired bookkeeper with Windermere Nursing Home in Augusta Georgia and a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force.

Her husband Billy was a direct decedent of Mordecai McKinney and Elizabeth Dill of South Carolina.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Billy Ray McKinney on June 9, 2006 and her daughter, Cynthia Ann McKinney on April 5, 2000.
