Augusta, GA – Margie Ann Rossignol Meyer, 90, entered peacefully into rest surrounded by loved ones on October 14, 2022.

Margie was a native of Augusta, GA. She was the loving wife to the late Samuel Miller Meyer Sr. for 51 years. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Richmond County Board of Education at both Windsor Spring Elementary School and Meadowbrook Elementary School. She had many hobbies throughout her life including dancing, water skiing, photography, and camping. Though, her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Family members include her sons: Samuel Miller Meyer, Jr., Charles Reab Meyer (Amy); grandchildren: Megan Arnold, Ryan Meyer, Lynze Meyer, Justin Meyer, Patrick Meyer, Christina Meyer, Spencer Plunkett, Grant Plunkett, and Amber Meyer; and daughter-in-law: Joy Newman Meyer. She is preceded in death by her husband: Samuel Miller Meyer, Sr., son: William Wayne Meyer, and brother: Charles Finley Rossignol, Jr.

The graveside service will be held Friday, October 21, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. at Walker Family Cemetery with Rev. John Meyer officiating.
