Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, May 23, 2012, Mrs. Margueritte Jones Williams, 83, wife of 65 years to Mr. Emerald “Bill” Williams.
Mrs. Williams was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother.
Family members in addition to her husband include son: David Alex Williams (Christine) of Waynesboro; daughter: Deborah Williams Andrews (Chuck) of Billings, NY; sisters: Mary McGahee, Lily Gay; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Tony Wilkerson officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bayvale Baptist Church, 2240 Bayvale Rd., Augusta, GA 30909.
