Family members include her daughter: Rita Pons-Zayas (Carlos) of Evans; grandchildren: Carlos, Jr., Lizette, and Marisol; sister: Dulce Diaz; and brother: Luis Diaz.
The funeral Mass will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church with Fr. David Arnoldt celebrant.
