Marie Gallegos

Augusta, GA – Yolanda Maria Gallegos, 64, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at her residence.
Marie was a lifelong native of Augusta GA. She was an administrative secretary with Herc Rental Co. Her world revolved around her grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Marie will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Family members include her daughter, Summer Young (Matt); son, Joel McKinney Jr.; grandchildren: Savannah McKinney, Kayla McKinney, Banks Young, Liam Young; mother: Daisy and the late Manuel Gallegos Sr.; sisters: Deborah Cadle, Brenda Sparks; brothers: Manuel Gallegos, Earl Gallegos, and Clark Gallegos.
A memorial services will be held Friday, July 19, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Tom Kalliokoski officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the service time.
