Martinez, GA – Mr. Frank “Marty” Martin Todd, 52, entered into rest Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
Marty was a native and lifelong resident of Columbia County. He was a graduate of Evans High School and Augusta College where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. Marty was a U.S. Marine. He manufactured and sold cleaning supplies. Marty knew everyone and he loved to cook BBQ, hunt, fish, and he loved his church, First Baptist Church of Augusta.
Family members include his parents: Seaborn and Myrtle Todd; son: Taylor Todd; brother: Brent G. Todd and wife Dani; and nephews: Joey and Nicholas Todd. He is preceded in death by his brother Carl Todd.
The funeral service will be Monday, August 10, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Storey Chapel of First Baptist Church of Augusta with Dr. Greg DeLoach and Rev. Lester Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial Park. Pallbearers and Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Augusta, 3500 Walton Way Ext., Augusta, GA 30909.
