Mrs. Moore was born in Pittsburgh, PA and resided in Augusta, GA. She was a member of Advent Lutheran Church of Augusta. Mrs. Moore was a homemaker. She was a giving, generous, a nurturing person. Mrs. Moore was a happy, festive person who enjoyed hosting people for the holidays.
Family members in addition to her spouse include sons Louis Anthony Moore of Atlanta, Justin David Moore of Augusta; daughter Emily Jean Volk of Virginia Beach; and her loving companion Max.
A memorial service will be held Monday, October 8, 2012 at 5:00 P.M. at Advent Lutheran Church with Rev. Earl Schafer officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the church in the fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Columbia County Humane Society, PO Box 204771, Martinez, GA 30917.
