Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, August 19, 2023, Mrs. Mary Hung T. Nguyen, 99, beloved wife of the late Hong V. Nguyen.

Mrs. Nguyen was a native of Viet Nam and has resided in Augusta since 1975. She was a member of St. Teresa of Avila.

Mrs. Nguyen is survived by 2 daughters: Lien Hong Le Duy of Belgium and Thuy Hong Nguyen of Augusta; 2 sons: Nhan Hong Nguyen of Atlanta and Thanh Hong Nguyen of Augusta; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She is also predeceased by 3 daughters, Cam Hong Trinh, Kim Hong Renault, and Thu Hong Ready, and son, Van Hong Nguyen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 4921 Columbia Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813, or to the Golden Harvest Food Bank, 3310 Commerce Dr., Augusta, Georgia 30909.

A funeral Mass will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park.
